Roskom Meats is the processor that we use to process our meat. They make sure all of the meat you are getting is 100% grass fed beef. Sometimes when meat is processed in large bulk quantities, you may not get 100% of the beef from the animal that was brought in for processing, you may get some meat from a different animal that could be from a different farm. But, with grass fed beef(a healthier beef choice) that can't happen. Therefore, Roskom has to run our meat through the process separate from the other beef they process.
